  • Christi Sabatka, PT, MPT, BSN

    OWNER, PHYSICAL THERAPIST

    Christi Sabatka, PT, MPT, BSN is passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, including functional dry needling, to address pelvic girdle, hip, low back, sexual and reproductive system dysfunctions. Christi began her healthcare career as an emergency department nurse at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri upon graduation from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000. Christi then earned a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Cleveland State University in 2007.

    Christi has 18 years of experience as a physical therapist, with nine years as a pelvic health practitioner. In that time, Christi has blended her education, clinical experience, evidence-based practice to provide a very empathetic, holistic approach to the treatment of individuals with a variety of pelvic health impairments. Christi continues to educate healthcare providers regarding pelvic health rehabilitation, having completed speaking engagements at Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates, SIU School of Medicine Department of Urology, and Illinois Urologic Society. She collaborates with a variety of health care specialists in the area to provide personalized, comprehensive care.  

    As a native of Petersburg, a small rural community just outside of Springfield, Illinois, she has strong local connections. Christi was most recently inducted into the PORTA High School Hall of Fame, as a member of the 1996 state quarterfinal softball team.  She lives in Springfield with her three children and husband.

  • Megan Parks Maton PT, DPT

    OWNER, PHYSICAL THERAPIST

    Megan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in treatment of pelvic health conditions in men and women, including bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction. Megan has been working in pelvic health since graduating from Rockhurst University in 2020, and has had extensive training through The Herman & Wallace Rehabilitation Institute.

    Megan continues to strive for excellence in her practice through continued education and research. Megan is a Teaching Assistant for Herman & Wallace and is a member of the APTA Pelvic Health Section, and the APTA Pelvic Health Volunteer Committee.

    As a former Division 1 athlete, Megan still likes to spend time being active by running or taking Peloton classes. She also likes to read, cuddle with her cat, and golf with her husband, Marc.
